This Privacy Policy describes how ZominTour (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS application. We respect your privacy and process data only for the purposes described below.

Email and name — collected only if you sign in or contact us.
Favorites — places you choose to save in your account.
Collected automatically:
Approximate location (with your permission) to show nearby attractions.
Device information (model, OS) and product interaction for analytics.
Crash data to diagnose and fix issues.
Device identifiers generated by our analytics provider (e.g., Firebase Instance ID). We do not collect advertising identifiers for tracking.
Provide and improve app functionality (including favorites and nearby points of interest).
Analytics and performance monitoring (usage metrics, error diagnostics).
Customer support and responding to requests.
We do not sell your data and do not use data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics)
Google Maps Platform (maps & places)
Apple services (iOS frameworks, iCloud where applicable)

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information and transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Account and favorites: kept until you delete them or request deletion.
Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months (configurable in Firebase).
Crash data: retained for a reasonable period necessary to ensure stability.
Permissions: You can disable location access in iOS Settings at any time.
Access/Deletion: Contact us at zomintour@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
Opt-out of analytics: You may request analytics opt-out; we will honor feasible requests within the app’s technical limits.
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will delete it.
Service providers may process data in other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards and standard contractual measures where required.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
